Qualifications

• Active pursuit of a related degree (Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on field training across field operations.
• Shadow students in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Receive dedicated mentorship and participate in leadership development.
