Job summary

Ruppert Landscape offers a 10–12 week paid internship in landscape maintenance, spanning field operations and office tasks. You will learn day-to-day branch operations, shadow teams across Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership, and receive dedicated mentorship to support your professional growth.

Selected interns gain practical experience, industry exposure, and networking opportunities while exploring careers in the commercial landscape industry within

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Interest in a team-oriented, customer-focused industry with willingness to support a variety of operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of routine duties.
• Proficient in computers and common software including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of field operations alongside crews.
• Shadow key business areas including Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Work with a mentor who provides regular feedback and supports development.
• Develop leadership and professional etiquette as part of management development.
