Job summary

Ruppert Landscape offers a 10–12-week paid internship in landscape maintenance, May–August 2027, designed to give you a comprehensive view of branch operations. You will gain hands-on field experience, shadow diverse teams, and receive dedicated mentorship to build practical skills for a future in the industry.

You’ll explore field production, office operations, and management best practices while rotating through roles and contributing to real projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in related fields (see education).
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both office and outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Shadow and learn from Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership teams.
• Work with a mentor to develop professional skills and career readiness.
• Participate in leadership development activities and team-building exercises.
• Present internship experience and projects at program end.
