Job summary

Ruppert Landscape offers a 10–12 week paid internship in landscape maintenance, designed to provide hands-on field experience and broad exposure to branch operations. You will shadow teams across Field Operations, Irrigation, and Sales while receiving dedicated mentorship and leadership development.

Interns will participate in projects, gain practical skills, and build a professional network within Ruppert’s culture. A strong focus on teamwork and customer service shapes daily activities.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, customer-focused mindset and willingness to support various operations.
• Comfort working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of routine duties.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job shadowing with Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Leadership.
• Mentorship with regular feedback and professional development support.
