Qualifications

• Director-level or above experience in IT, Technology, IT Operations, or related function.
• Deep background in IT Service Management or Enterprise Service Management.
• Recent hands-on use of ITSM or ESM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Apply real-world experience to assess IT and service management scenarios.
• Participate in structured surveys or interviews to inform research.
