Job summary

Epignosis is seeking an IT Intern for a 3‑month paid internship at our Kentucky offices, supporting day‑to‑day technology needs and gaining hands‑on experience across helpdesk, asset management, systems support, and AV setup.

You'll work closely with the IT Admin on onboarding/offboarding, device imaging, deployment, and event tech, while learning JumpCloud MDM and related tools in our growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent knowledge in IT or related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, OS, and common software.
• Fundamental networking concepts and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line helpdesk support and troubleshoot common issues.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, equipment deployment, and collection.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and assist with imaging and deployment tasks.
• Support routine system maintenance and manage workplace technology (Google Meet hardware, printers, TVs, Yodeck).
• Set up and support AV/hybrid conferencing for meetings and events.
