Responsibilities

  • Assist in setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and IT equipment.
  • Support user accounts, including password resets and access permissions.
  • Help monitor IT systems, backups, updates, and security protocols.
  • Document IT procedures, FAQs, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades and network enhancements.
  • Stay up to date with IT best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Provide support to ticket resolution across hardware, software, and networks.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Sitting for extended periods of time. Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and to handle other computer components. Lifting and transporting moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals.
