Qualifications

• Enrolled in a CS or CE degree program.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure components.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Detail oriented with multitasking ability.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Available for 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, or network issues.
• Configure and deploy new computers and software.
• Participate in IT project teams to develop skills.
• Analyze data to suggest efficiency, security, or performance improvements.
• Manage a project to build competencies through real-world IT challenges.
