Job summary

Nashville-based internship opportunity with FLIK Athletics Culinary Internship Program. This paid role offers exposure to a fast-paced kitchen culture within the Tennessee Titans facility, working closely with culinary mentors and guest services teams.

Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in a college or culinary program and available to work 20–40 hours per week. The program emphasizes wellness, sustainability, and career development in food service and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university and pursuing a Hospitality Management and/or Culinary Arts degree.
• Eligible for 20–40 hours per week during internship period.
• GPA requirements as per university policy.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through FOH and BOH stations depending on location or needs.
• Engage with guests and tailor plates to dietary needs.
• Assist with catering events, including setup and execution.
• Learn wellness, sustainability and sanitation practices from mentors.
• Collaborate with culinary team to support daily operations.
