Job summary

FLIK Athletics is offering a paid Culinary Internship at the Minnesota Vikings Training Facility in Eagan, MN. Interns will rotate through FOH/BOH stations and gain hands-on experience under culinary mentors, working 20–40 hours per week during July–December 2027.

Applicants must be enrolled in a college culinary or hospitality program, meet GPA requirements, and complete sanitation training and knife skills coursework.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university pursuing a Hospitality Management and/or Culinary Arts degree.
• Meet university GPA requirements for Internship.
• Successful completion of sanitation standards training.
• Successful completion of relevant knife skills and/or Intro to Culinary coursework.
• Available to work 20–40 hours per week based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through FOH and BOH stations depending on location or needs.
• Duties may include working Pizza, deli, salad bar or grill stations.
• Engage with guests and tailor plates to dietary needs.
• Meet with the team dietitian.
• Review culinary and front-of-house standards.
• Learn about wellness and sustainability initiatives.
• Adhere to platinum service standards.
• Assist with catering events, including setup and execution.
