Job summary

Compass Group USA is offering a paid Culinary Intern position at the Tennessee Titans Training Facility in Nashville, TN. The program runs summer and fall 2027 (July–December), with a 20–40 hour weekly commitment and a $20 per hour pay rate.

Interns will rotate through various stations, engage with guests, assist with catering events, and receive on‑the‑job training, meals, uniforms, and laundering services at select locations. Applicants must be enrolled in a hospitality or culinary program.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university and pursuing a Hospitality Management and/or Culinary Arts degree.
• Meet university GPA requirements for Internship.
• Sanitation standards training completed.
• Knife skills or Intro to Culinary coursework completed.
• Available to work 20–40 hours per week; college credit not required but documented if needed.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through FOH and BOH stations depending on location or needs.
• Engage with guests and tailor plates to dietary needs.
• Assist with catering events, including setup and execution.
• Develop professional relationships and teamwork within Culinary Services.
• Contribute to safety, sanitation, and wellness initiatives.
