Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a Culinary Intern for the FLIK Athletics Culinary Internship program in the Cleveland area. The paid internship runs Summer and Fall 2027 (July 2027–December 2027) at the Cleveland Browns Training Facility in Berea, OH.

Enrolled students pursuing Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts are eligible, with a schedule discussed during interview and a pay rate of $20 per hour. Interns will rotate through FOH and BOH stations, assist with catering events, and engage with

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university and pursuing Hospitality Management and/or Culinary Arts degree.
• Available for Summer/Fall 2027, July 2027 – December 2027.
• Pay rate of $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through FOH and BOH stations as needed based on location and needs.
• Assist with catering events and kitchen prep tasks.
• Engage with guests and learn wellness standards and dietary considerations.
• Develop professional relationships and enhance interpersonal skills.
• Interns are expected to contribute individually and as a team to support Culinary Services.
