Job summary

Compass Group USA, in partnership with FLIK Athletics, is offering a paid Culinary Internship at the Minnesota Vikings Training Facility in Eagan, MN. This program provides hands-on kitchen experience across FOH/BOH stations with mentorship from culinary professionals.

Interns must be enrolled in a Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts program, available 20–40 hours weekly, and complete sanitation and knife skills coursework.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university pursuing a Hospitality Management and/or Culinary Arts degree.
• Available to work 20–40 hours per week based on business needs & internship requirements.
• Successful completion of sanitation standards training.
• Successful completion of knife skills course or Intro to Culinary coursework.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through FOH and BOH stations depending on location or needs.
• Engage with guests and tailor plates to dietary needs.
• Assist with catering events and on-site preparation.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols.
