Job summary

Compass Group USA's FLIK division is offering a Culinary Internship at the Baltimore Ravens Training Facility in Owings Mills, MD for Summer and Fall 2027. The paid internship provides hands-on kitchen experience across FOH and BOH stations and professional development opportunities.

Applicants must be enrolled in a college program and pursuing Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts, available to work 20-40 hours per week, and able to meet sanitation and knife skills requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a college/university and pursuing Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts.
• Available to work 20-40 hours per week.
• College credit is not required, but documentation may be provided if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through FOH and BOH stations depending on location or needs.
• Duties may include working stations such as Pizza, deli, salad bar or grill.
• Engage with guests and tailor plates to dietary needs.
• Meet with the team dietitian.
• Review culinary and front-of-house standards.
• Learn about wellness and sustainability initiatives.
• Assist with catering events and setup/execution.
