Job summary

FLIK Athletics Culinary Internship offers a paid opportunity for culinary students to work in a dynamic kitchen culture at the Cleveland Browns Training Facility in Berea, OH. Interns rotate through FOH/BOH, assist with everyday prep and catering, and gain hands-on training with mentors.

Applicants must be enrolled in a hospitality/culinary program, meet GPA and sanitation training requirements, and be available 20–40 hours per week during Summer/Fall 2027.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university hospitality or culinary program.
• GPA requirement to be met for internship eligibility.
• Sanitation training completed or in progress.
• Knife skills or introductory culinary coursework completed.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through FOH and BOH stations depending on location and needs.
• Engage with guests and tailor plates to dietary needs.
• Assist with catering events and execution.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols.
