Compass Group is accepting applications for the FLIK Athletics Culinary Internship at the Baltimore Ravens training facility in Owings Mills, MD. The program is paid and designed for culinary students, with hands-on kitchen exposure and mentorship.

Interns rotate through FOH/BOH stations and participate in wellness and sustainability initiatives. Applicants must be currently enrolled in a culinary program or have 1 year of industry experience, and be available 20–40 hours per week.
