Job summary

Compass Group's FLIK Athletics Culinary Internship in Philadelphia offers a paid summer/fall program for culinary students. Interns rotate through FOH/BOH, work in various stations, engage with guests, and learn wellness and sustainability initiatives.

Applicants must be enrolled in a hospitality/culinary program and meet GPA and sanitation requirements. The internship provides hands-on training, mentorship, and development opportunities, with formal supervision and potential for college credit

Qualifications

Must be currently enrolled in a college/university pursuing a Hospitality Management and/or Culinary Arts degree.
Applicants must be currently enrolled in a college or professional culinary program and/or have 1 year of industry experience.
Meet university GPA requirement for Internship.
Successful completion of sanitation standards training.
Successful completion of relevant knife skills and/or Intro to Culinary coursework.
Must be available to work 20–40 hours a week based on business needs & internship requirements.

Responsibilities

Rotate through FOH and BOH stations depending on location or operational needs.
Duties may include working stations such as Pizza, deli, salad bar or grill and could include working in any BOH prep area.
