C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. is seeking a Packer to support tortilla packaging operations on our production lines. You will rotate through stations, seal and box products, and stage pallets while maintaining accuracy in the ERP and TGI systems.

You will follow SQF, GMP, HACCP, OSHA guidelines and safety procedures, assist with QA tasks like pH checks, and communicate issues to leaders and co-workers to ensure product quality and on-time production.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience operating or working with food manufacturing machinery or similar.
• Ability to follow work task specifications, SOPs, recipes, etc.
• Must be proficient in basic math and using a calculator.

Responsabilités

• Operate packaging lines and perform manual packaging, sealing, boxing, and palletizing.
• Enter production data into the TGI system and maintain machine logs.
• Support QA tasks such as pH verification and line quality checks.
• Comply with SQF, GMP, HACCP, OSHA standards and safety policies.
