C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. is seeking a Packer to maintain efficient production lines at our Boise facility.

The role rotates across packaging tasks, seals, boxes, and palletizing, while using pallet jacks and tracking product specs in the ERP system. You will perform visual inspections, follow SQF/GMP/HACCP standards, participate in safety training, and support QA activities. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred; willingness to work weekends and overtime is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years' experience on food manufacturing machinery.
• 1-2 years' experience following SOPs and recipes.

Responsibilities

• Pack tortillas and load into boxes and cartons according to daily production schedule.
• Operate Auto Baggers and Ilapak equipment and manage changeovers.
• Enter production data into the ERP system and machine logs.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow SQF, GMP, HACCP, OSHA standards.
• Assist with QA programs including pH verification and metal detection.
• Support line rotations and downtime coverage as needed.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
