Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son is seeking a Packer to keep tortilla packaging lines running smoothly and in spec. You will rotate across packaging stations, seal products, box and palletize, and input production data into ERP systems while prioritizing safety and quality.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in food manufacturing, can lift up to 50 lbs, and are comfortable working with standard packaging equipment. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience: 1–2 years operating food manufacturing machinery or similar.
• Experience: 1–2 years following work task specifications, SOPs, recipes, etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and food safety standards (SQF, GMP, HACCP, OSHA).
• Operate packaging lines and equipment (Auto Baggers, Ilapak); rotate across lines as needed.
• Enter production data into ERP and machine log systems; assist with QA checks (pH, line quality).
• Move materials with pallet jacks; prepare workstations and maintain housekeeping.
