C.H. Guenther & Son is seeking a Packer to keep production lines running efficiently and ensure tortillas meet specifications. You will rotate across packaging stations, operate Auto Baggers and Ilapak, and enter data into the ERP system.

Safety and quality compliance are essential throughout each shift. Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in food manufacturing, strong communication and math skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience operating or working with food manufacturing machinery.
• 1-2 years’ experience following SOPs, recipes, and specifications.
• Must have proficient communications and math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment including Auto Baggers and Ilapak.
• Enter production data into ERP/TGI systems.
• Maintain safety and SQF compliance throughout shift.
• Perform line rotations and support multiple packaging lines.
• Inspect product quality and report issues to leadership.
