C.H. Guenther & Son is seeking a Packer to maintain efficient packaging lines. Responsibilities include operating packaging equipment, rotating duties, and entering production data into the ERP system. The role emphasizes safety, SQF/GMP/HACCP/OSHA compliance, and accurate product specification adherence.

The candidate should have 1–2 years of experience with food manufacturing machinery and strong math/communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work extended shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years experience operating or working with food manufacturing machinery.
• 1–2 years experience following task specifications, SOPs, recipes, etc.

Responsabilités

• Maintain production lines and ensure packaging aligns with specifications.
• Rotate between packing, sealing, boxing, palletizing, and operating pallet jacks.
• Enter data into ERP system and monitor production reports.
• Follow SQF, GMP, HACCP, OSHA and safety standards.
• Inspect products for weight and quality and report issues.
