Job summary

C.H. Guenther is seeking a Packer to maintain efficient packaging lines for tortilla products. You will perform manual packaging, seal products, box and palletize, and operate pallet jacks while monitoring product specs.

You will rotate across lines, input data into the ERP system, and help uphold SQF/GMP standards. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Grade School level; High School Diploma/ GED a plus.
• 1-2 years’ experience operating or working with food manufacturing machinery equipment or similar experience.
• 1-2 years’ experience following work task specifications, SOP’s, recipes, etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production lines, package products to specifications, and perform manual packaging and boxing.
• Rotate across packaging lines and assist with sealing, palletizing, and moving product with pallet jacks.
• Enter production data into ERP/Machine Log, monitor product specs and weight, and report issues promptly.

Education

High School Diploma / GED

Experience with food manufacturing machinery
