Job summary

The Packer position at C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. in Caldwell, ID supports efficient packaging of tortillas. You’ll rotate through packaging tasks, operate bagging equipment, and ensure products meet weight and specs while maintaining clean, safe workstations.

You’ll use the ERP system and machine logs to enter production data, support QA activities, and align with SQF and GMP standards. Some overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience operating or working with food manufacturing machinery.
• Ability to follow work task specifications and SOPs.
• Proficient communications, basic math, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production lines and ensure packaging per specs.
• Rotate between packaging tasks and line duties during shift.
• Record data in the ERP/Machine Log and monitor product quality.
• Follow SQF/GMP/HACCP and safety guidelines.
