Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience operating food manufacturing machinery.
• 1–2 years’ experience following SOPs and recipes.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient math skills and calculator use.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Team player with self-motivation and reliability.

Responsabilités

• Maintain production lines to run efficiently and meet packaging specifications.
• Rotate through packaging tasks (manual packaging, sealing, boxing, palletizing) as needed.
• Enter data into ERP and machine logs; monitor product specs and quality.
• Communicate with leaders and operators about defects or line issues to prevent downtime.
• Prepare workstations, manage supplies, and perform housekeeping per SQF standards.
