C.H. Guenther & Son is seeking a Packer to maintain efficient packaging lines for tortillas. You will perform manual packaging, seal products, and move materials along the line while ensuring adherence to product specifications and safety standards.

You will rotate among roles, operate packaging equipment, and input production data into the ERP system. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods, with weekend and holiday flexibility.

Formación

• Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic math skills and calculator use.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a team and be self-motivated.
• Willingness to rotate across packaging lines and adapt to tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain production lines to run efficiently and meet specifications.
• Operate packaging equipment such as Auto Baggers and Ilapak.
• Enter production data into ERP and TGI systems with accuracy.
• Perform line rotations and assist coworkers during downtime or breaks.
• Uphold SQF, GMP, HACCP, and safety standards at all times.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
