Job summary

C. H. Guenther & Son, Inc. Boise plant is seeking a Packer to maintain packaging lines, seal products, box and palletize in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

You will perform quality checks, enter data into the ERP, follow SQF, GMP, HACCP and safety rules, and participate in line rotations to cover downtime or break coverage.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, good math and communication skills, and reliability with weekend or shift work as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have proficient communications skills both verbal and written.
• Proficient in basic math and calculator use.
• Able to follow SOPs, recipes and work task specifications.

Responsibilities

• Pack and seal products, box and palletize per specification.
• Operate packaging equipment and perform line rotations as needed.
• Enter production data into ERP systems and maintain logs.
• Support SQF, HACCP, GMP and safety requirements throughout shift.
