C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. is seeking a Packer to maintain efficient packaging lines and ensure products meet specifications. You will rotate between tasks including packaging, sealing, boxing, palletizing, and data entry in our ERP system.

You will perform quality checks, follow SQF/GMP guidelines, and support safety programs while working on a fast-paced food production line in Elk Grove, CA. The role requires reliability, teamwork, and physical stamina.

Qualifications

• Grade School level; High School Diploma/ GED a plus.
• 1-2 years’ experience operating or working with food manufacturing machinery equipment or similar experience.
• 1-2 years’ experience following work task specifications, SOPs, recipes, etc.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging lines including Auto Baggers and pallet jacks.
• Enter production data into ERP/Machine Log (TGI) and track production pathways.
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks on tortillas and packaging materials.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness per SQF and safety standards.
• Rotate lines and assist co-workers to meet production schedule and safety requirements.
