Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. in Elk Grove, CA is hiring a Packer to maintain efficient production lines, perform manual packaging, seal products, box and palletize, and operate pallet jacks.

You’ll rotate between stations, monitor weights, and enter data into the ERP and Machine Log to track production. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of food manufacturing experience, strong math and computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in food manufacturing or similar machinery experience.
• Strong math and computer skills are required.
• Must have good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment (Auto Baggers, Ilapak) and perform changeovers.
• Enter production data into ERP and Machine Log systems.
• Adhere to SQF, GMP, HACCP and OSHA safety standards.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and assist in QA as needed.
