Amcor Limited is seeking a results-oriented sales professional to lead territory growth and defend existing business across North America. You will work with stakeholders to implement business and marketing plans and drive share-of-wallet growth.

The role requires 1+ years of technical/sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel up to 60% domestically and internationally while building strong customer relationships and delivering profitable sales outcomes for Amcor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ years relevant experience in technical, sales and general management, preferably within the packaging industry.
• Ability to travel domestically & internationally 60% of the time.
• Proven track record of successful sales growth and profitability.
• Experience with negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales goals including profitable year-over-year growth for assigned territory.
• Learn about Amcor, our products, the industry and competitive market.
• Increase business with existing and new accounts through prospecting and networking.
• Assist in key business negotiations for new opportunities, supporting Amcor's interests demonstrating an ability to influence decision and actions.
• Coordinate Sales Management, R&D, Marketing and Field Service in support of validation trials and customer trials.
• Manage accounts receivable as acceptable levels with assistance from the credit department.
• Work with Strategic Marketing to understand focus areas to meet strategic unmet customer needs.
• Report and communicate current performance achievements in terms of sales and marketing contribution to the business unit for monthly management reporting.
