Qualificações

• Current or recent experience in the packaging industry is essential.
• Experience in Account Management or customer-facing roles.
• Experience coordinating orders and working with suppliers/production teams.
• Based in Rhode Island or nearby.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customer accounts.
• Coordinate packaging projects from enquiry to delivery.
• Provide quotations and product updates to customers.
• Ensure high standard of customer service throughout the account lifecycle.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
