Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans, delivering volume and value; align sales plan with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape sales plans and guide decisions on product development.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
