Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth in the Pacific Northwest, supporting small to mid-size customers and managing distribution. You’ll engage large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong influencer relationships across regions.

You will generate leads, define sales territories, deliver on analytics, and craft technical solutions through multiple channels, with regional to global scope depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian ranking.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Expand network within customer organizations across levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plan with volume and value targets.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market data to shape sales strategy and decisions.
• Lead negotiations and set price strategies aligned with goals and compliance.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
