Job summary

Dow Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to manage distribution and grow partnerships across the Pacific Northwest region, including large accounts and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead generation, define sales territories, analyze data, negotiate pricing, and deliver customer-focused solutions through face-to-face, phone, and email interactions to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience (U.S. E5 or equivalent).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the regional account portfolio and Dow presence.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals.
