Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest to support small to medium-size customers and manage distribution, with engagement to large accounts and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead sales planning, provide technical solutions to customer challenges, and build relationships across multiple levels within customer organizations. Regional scope may vary by business alignment.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships across organizational levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plans, deliver volume and value, coordinate with others.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and price strategy alignment with business goals.
