Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest region is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution within the market, while engaging with large accounts as needed.

The role emphasizes generating leads, defining territories, managing sales analytics, and delivering technical solutions through multiple channels—face-to-face, phone, or email. Regional scope may vary by business alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at/above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand the customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value. Develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan in coordination with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan. Get and analyze data to take decisions about new product development.
• Lead and conduct negotiations and develops and implement price strategies aligned with business goals considering legal implications, customs regulations and Dow sales processes.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
