Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to mid-size customers and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest.

The role includes generating leads, defining sales territories, and delivering cross-functional solutions across channels, with a focus on expanding market share and building strong relationships. You will collaborate with production and supply chain to forecast demand and align sales and marketing plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value; develop sales plans with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plans and decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals.
