Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Procure to Pay (P2P) practice to help clients optimize procurement and accounts payable operations through process improvement, technology implementation, and operating model transformation. You will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with client stakeholders across locations, with travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Approximately 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in P2P, Procurement Operations, AP, Shared Services, or Consulting.
• Experience leading or supporting P2P transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Zip, Oracle Procurement, or similar solutions.
• Strong understanding of requisition-to-payment process flows and controls.
• Experience producing process maps, business requirements, functional specifications, test plans, training materials, and implementation documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Procure to Pay transformation engagements and deliver successful project outcomes.
• Assess procurement and accounts payable operations to identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Drive transformation initiatives across requisition management, PO processing, invoice processing, AP, and vendor management.
• Facilitate workshops with procurement, finance, operations, AP, and shared services stakeholders.
• Define future-state processes, operating models, governance structures, and technology requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, process flows, and deployment plans.
• Support implementation, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and adoption across procurement technologies.
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance, automate manual processes, reduce cycle times, and increase efficiency.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issue resolution, and executive communications.
• Lead and mentor team members while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.
• Support business development activities including proposals, solution demos, client presentations, and estimates.
