Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Procure to Pay practice to lead transformation engagements across procurement and accounts payable. You will partner with clients to redesign processes, implement technology, and realize value, traveling up to 60% as needed.

You will guide workshops, define future-state models, and oversee delivery with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction. The role requires 5–8 years in P2P or related fields, experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5–8 years of Procure to Pay or related experience.
• Experience leading P2P transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement or similar.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Extensive stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Procure to Pay transformation engagements.
• Assess procurement and AP operations for optimization and automation.
• Drive initiatives across requisition, PO, invoice processing and vendor management.
• Facilitate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Define future-state processes, operating models, and technology requirements.
• Translate needs into requirements, flows, user stories, and tests.
• Support deployment, testing, training, and adoption across procurement tech.
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance and efficiency.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and executive communications.
• Mentor team members and contribute to proposals and estimates.
