Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Procure to Pay (P2P) practice to lead transformation engagements across requisition management, PO processing, invoice handling, and AP with a focus on process design and technology enablement.

You will work with procurement, finance, shared services and IT stakeholders, traveling up to 60% to client sites, and guiding teams to deliver measurable efficiency and governance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in P2P or related areas.
• Experience leading or supporting P2P transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with procurement platforms like SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Procure to Pay transformation engagements.
• Assess procurement and AP operations for optimization opportunities.
• Drive initiatives across requisition management, PO processing, invoice processing, and vendor management.
• Facilitate workshops with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Define future-state processes and governance models.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, flows, and test plans.
• Support deployment, training, and adoption of procurement tech.
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance and cycle times.
• Manage risks and executive communications.
• Mentor team members and contribute to business development.
