Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to lead Procure to Pay transformations, partnering with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders to optimize operations and enable technology-enabled solutions. You will drive future-state designs, implement processes, and mentor project teams across client sites.

Travel up to 60% is required as part of engagement delivery. Candidates should bring 5–8 years in P2P and hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle Procurement, plus strong client-facing consulting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, procurement, finance, information systems, or related field.
Approximately 5–8 years of relevant experience in P2P, procurement operations, accounts payable, shared services, or consulting.
Experience leading or supporting P2P transformation initiatives.
Hands-on experience with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Zip, Oracle Procurement, or similar solutions.
Strong understanding of requisition-to-payment process flows and controls.
Experience producing process maps, business requirements, functional specifications, test plans, training materials, and implementation documentation.
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

Lead client-facing Procure to Pay transformation engagements and deliver successful project outcomes.
Assess procurement and accounts payable operations to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
Drive transformation initiatives across requisition management, purchase order processing, invoice processing, accounts payable, and vendor management.
Facilitate workshops with procurement, finance, operations, accounts payable, and shared services stakeholders.
Define future-state business processes, operating models, governance structures, and technology requirements.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, process flows, user stories, testing scenarios, and deployment plans.
Support implementation, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and adoption activities across procurement technologies.
Identify opportunities to improve compliance, automate manual processes, reduce cycle times, and increase operational efficiency.
Manage project risks, dependencies, issue resolution, and executive stakeholder communications.
Lead and mentor team members while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.
Support business development activities including proposals, solution demonstrations, client presentations, and estimates.
