Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Procure to Pay (P2P) practice to optimize procurement and accounts payable for clients. You will lead engagements across business process assessment, future-state design, technology implementation, deployment, and value realization, collaborating with procurement, finance, shared services, operations, and IT stakeholders.

Travel to client sites is required up to 60%. The role emphasizes process improvement, automation, governance, and technology-enabled solutions

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant P2P/Procurement Operations or Consulting experience.
• Experience leading P2P transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Zip, Oracle Procurement, or similar solutions.
• Strong understanding of requisition-to-payment process flows and controls.
• Experience producing process maps, business requirements, functional specifications, test plans, training materials, and implementation documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Procure to Pay transformation engagements and deliver successful project outcomes.
• Assess procurement and accounts payable operations to identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Drive transformation initiatives across requisition management, purchase order processing, invoice processing, accounts payable, and vendor management.
• Facilitate workshops with procurement, finance, operations, accounts payable, and shared services stakeholders.
• Define future-state business processes, operating models, governance structures, and technology requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, process flows, user stories, testing scenarios, and deployment plans.
• Support implementation, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and adoption activities across procurement technologies.
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance, automate manual processes, reduce cycle times, and increase operational efficiency.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issue resolution, and executive stakeholder communications.
• Lead and mentor team members while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.
• Support business development activities including proposals, solution demonstrations, client presentations, and estimates.
