Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Procure to Pay (P2P) practice to help clients optimize procurement and AP operations through process improvement, technology implementation, and operating model transformation. You'll lead engagements with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders to enhance efficiency, compliance, and supplier collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5–8 years experience in P2P, Procurement Ops, AP, SSC, or Consulting.
• Experience leading or supporting P2P transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Zip, Oracle Procurement, or similar.
• Strong understanding of requisition-to-payment process flows and controls.
• Experience producing process maps, BRDs, functional specs, test plans, training materials.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Procure to Pay transformation engagements and deliver successful project outcomes.
• Assess procurement and accounts payable operations to identify improvement and automation opportunities.
• Drive transformation across requisition management, PO processing, invoice processing, AP, and vendor management.
• Facilitate workshops with procurement, finance, operations, AP, and shared services stakeholders.
• Define future-state processes, operating models, governance, and tech requirements.
• Translate business needs into requirements, process flows, user stories, tests, and deployment plans.
• Support implementation, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and adoption across procurement tech.
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance, automate manual tasks, reduce cycle times.
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and executive communications.
• Lead and mentor team members and maintain delivery standards.
• Support business development activities including proposals, demos, and estimates.
