Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Procure to Pay (P2P) practice to optimize procurement and accounts payable operations for clients. You will lead engagements, assess operations, and drive automation across requisition, PO, and AP processes while guiding cross-functional teams.

Some travel to client sites will be required. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in P2P transformation, strong stakeholder management, and experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle Procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, IS, or related field.
• Approximately 5–8 years of relevant P2P/Procurement Operations experience.
• Experience leading P2P transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Procure to Pay transformation engagements and deliver project outcomes.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities in procurement and AP.
• Define requirements, processes, and deployment plans across systems and teams.
• Support implementation, testing, training, and adoption of procurement technologies.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
