Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Procure to Pay (P2P) practice to optimize procurement and accounts payable operations through process improvement and technology implementation. You will collaborate with clients and stakeholders to drive efficiency, compliance, and supplier collaboration while traveling up to 60% of the time.

You will lead workstreams across future-state design, deployment, and value realization, translating business needs into functional requirements and deployment plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Approximately 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in P2P, Procurement Operations, or related areas.
• Hands-on experience with procurement platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle).
• Strong understanding of requisition-to-payment process flows and controls.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Procure to Pay transformation engagements and deliver outcomes.
• Assess procurement and AP operations to identify improvements and automation opportunities.
• Drive transformation across requisition management, PO processing, invoice processing, AP, and vendor management.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across procurement, finance, and shared services.
• Define future-state processes, operating models, governance, and tech requirements.
• Translate needs into requirements, flows, user stories, tests, and deployment plans.
• Support implementation, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and adoption of procurement tech.
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance and efficiency.
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and executive communications.
• Lead and mentor team members for high-quality delivery.
• Support business development with proposals and demos.
