Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Procure to Pay (P2P) practice to optimize procurement and accounts payable operations through process improvement and technology implementation. You will collaborate with procurement, finance, shared services, operations, and IT to drive efficiency and supplier collaboration.

You will lead workstreams across future-state design, technology deployment, and value realization, requiring deep P2P knowledge and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Approximately 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in P2P, Procurement Operations, AP, Shared Services, or Consulting.
• Hands-on experience with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Zip, Oracle Procurement, or similar solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Procure to Pay transformation engagements and deliver successful project outcomes.
• Assess procurement and accounts payable operations to identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Drive transformation initiatives across requisition management, purchase order processing, invoice processing, accounts payable, and vendor management.
• Facilitate workshops with procurement, finance, operations, accounts payable, and shared services stakeholders.
• Define future-state business processes, operating models, governance structures, and technology requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, process flows, user stories, testing scenarios, and deployment plans.
• Support implementation, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and adoption activities across procurement technologies.
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance, automate manual processes, reduce cycle times, and increase operational efficiency.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issue resolution, and executive stakeholder communications.
• Lead and mentor team members while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.
• Support business development activities including proposals, solution demonstrations, client presentations, and estimates.
