Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group in Tucson, AZ is seeking Sales Agents to serve members by selling Property & Casualty and Roadside Assistance insurance aligning with the Member's needs.

The role emphasizes achieving sales targets through knowledge of products, strong customer service, and proactive outreach to communities and events. On-site position with opportunities for incentives and career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of sales experience preferred.
• Active property and casualty license(s) within 21 days of start date may be required.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs using sales techniques and product knowledge to generate new sales and retain insured.
• Meet or exceed targets defined in the sales incentive plan.
• Conduct insurance reviews to match clients with suitable products and quote, bind and issue policies.
• Provide a sales and service experience that strengthens affinity to the AAA brand.
• Solicit and market to businesses and events, perform outbound calls, and cross-sell to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to insurance products and memberships.
• Assist insureds with first notice of loss on claims when needed.
