Job summary

AAA Northern California is seeking a Branch P&C Insurance Sales Agent in Phoenix, AZ, a full-time on-site role. You will sell Property & Casualty and Roadside Assistance insurance to meet members' needs, utilizing sales skills and product knowledge.

You will be responsible for meeting targets, conducting client reviews, and providing a high-quality sales and service experience to enhance member loyalty. Licensing requirements apply with timely completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of sales experience preferred.
• Unrestricted state-issued license(s) required to place property and casualty insurance within 21 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Uses sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer-specific needs to generate new sales, retain insureds and grow the insurance book of business.
• Works to meet or exceed targets as defined in the sales incentive plan and as assigned by the Insurance Associate’s manager.
• Conducts an insurance review for clients to identify a range of suitable products, quote, bind and issue policies.
• Consistently provides all Members with a sales and service experience that enhances loyalty to the AAA brand.
• Proactively markets to business and/or community events, performs outbound calling, uses marketing lists, and cross-sells/up-sells.
