Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Sales Agent to serve members by selling Property & Casualty and Roadside Insurance products on-site at the Goodyear branch. The role emphasizes identifying customer needs, overcoming objections, and meeting sales targets with incentive plans.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of sales experience, a high school diploma (GED acceptable), and the ability to obtain an unrestricted insurance license within 21 days of start date.

• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Licensing required within 21 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Uses sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer-specific needs to generate new sales, retain existing insureds and grow our overall insurance book of business.
• Effectively overcomes objections to close the sale and/or retain the insured.
• Works to meet or exceed targets as defined in the sales incentive plan and as assigned by the Insurance Associate’s manager.
• Conducts an insurance review for clients to identify a range of suitable products, quotes, binds and issues policies.
• Provides members with a sales and service experience that enhances affinity to the AAA brand and loyalty.
• Proactively solicits and markets to business and community events, performs outbound calls and cross-sells.
