Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group is seeking Insurance Agents to serve our Members by selling Property & Casualty, Life and Roadside Assistance insurance that meets their needs. Individuals in this role are accountable for achieving assigned sales goals while delivering an exceptional Member experience.

Primary responsibilities include soliciting new business, servicing existing insured Members, and retaining policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant insurance industry work experience.
• Possess active and unrestricted state issued license(s) required to place property and casualty insurance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and retain insureds.
• Meet or exceed targets as defined in the sales incentive plan.
• Conduct insurance reviews, quote, bind and issue policies.
• Establish rapport with insureds to boost loyalty.
• Cross-sell AAA insurance products to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to insurance products and membership.
• Assist insured with first notice of loss when needed.
